He specializes in M&A, valuations, and restructurings
- Alberto D’Errico, consultant and co-founder. A former manager at Bain & Company and KPMG, skilled with over 25 years of corporate strategy and restructuring developed through his expertise as both a strategy consultant and a former corporate executive
